Simultaneous determination of aurantio‐obtusin,chrysoobtusin, obtusin and 1‐desmethylobtusin in rat plasma by UHPLC‐MS/MS

A sensitive and reliable ultra‐high‐performance liquid chromatography–electrospray ionization–tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC‐MS/MS) method was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of four active components of Semen Cassiae extract (aurantio‐obtusin, chrysoobtusin, obtusin and 1‐desmethylobtusin) in rat plasma after oral administration. Chromatographic separation was achieved on an Agilent Poroshell 120 C₁₈ column with gradient elution using a mobile phase that consisted of acetonitrile‐ammonium acetate in water (30 mm ) at a flow rate of 0.4 mL/min. Detection was performed by a triple‐quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer in multiple reaction monitoring mode. The calibration curve was linear over a range of 3.24–1296 ng/mL for aurantio‐obtusin, 0.77–618 ng/mL for chrysoobtusin, 34.55–1818 ng/mL for obtusin and 1.86–1485 ng/mL for 1‐desmethylobtusin. Inter‐ and intra‐day assay variation was <15%. All analytes were shown to be stable during all sample storage and analysis procedures. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Unit groups of group algebras of some small groups

Let FG be a group algebra of a group G over a field F and U (FG) the unit group of FG. It is a classical question to determine the structure of the unit group of the group algebra of a finite group over a finite field. In this article, the structure of the unit group of the group algebra of the non-abelian group G with order 21 over any finite field of characteristic 3 is established. We also characterize the structure of the unit group of FA ₄ over any finite field of characteristic 3 and the structure of the unit group of FQ ₁₂ over any finite field of characteristic 2, where Q ₁₂ = 〈x, y; x ⁶ = 1, y ² = x ³, x ^y = x ^?1〉.     

Pd‐catalyzed desulfitative Hiyama coupling with sulfonyl chlorides

Palladium‐catalyzed desulfitative Hiyama cross‐coupling reactions of various arylsulfonyl chlorides with aryltriethoxysilane have been achieved in good yields. The reported cross‐coupling reactions are tolerant to the common functional groups regardless of electron‐withdrawing or electron‐donating, making these transformations attractive alternatives to the traditional cross‐coupling approaches. A novel hyperchaotic system and its circuit implementation

A four-dimensional hyperchaotic system with five parameters is proposed. Its dynamical properties such as dissipativity, equilibrium points, Lyapunov exponent, Lyapunov dimension, bifurcation diagrams and Poincare maps are analyzed theoretically and numerically. Theoretical analyses and simulation tests indicate that the new system's dynamics behavior can be periodic attractor, chaotic attractor and hyperchaotic attractor as the parameter varies. Finally, the circuit of this new hyperchaotic system is designed and realized by Multisim software. The simulation results confirm that the chaotic system is different from the existing chaotic systems and is a novel hyperchaotic system. The system is recommendable for many engineering applications such as information processing, cryptology, secure communications, etc.

La1-x CaxAl0.8Cr0.2O3/CaZrO3(0≤x≤0.2)复相陶瓷材料发射率的研究

以La2O3、Al2O3、ZrO2、Cr2O3、CaCO3为原料,通过高温固相反应法制备La1-xCaxAl0.8 Cr0.2O3/CaZrO3(0≤x≤0.2)复相陶瓷材料,分别通过XRD、SEM和EDS等仪器对试样的物相组成和显微结构进行分析,利用紫外可见近红外分光光度计测量其红外吸收曲线.结果 表明:当CaZrO3理论生成量和La1-xCaxAl0.8Cr0.2O3的摩尔比小于0.20时复相陶瓷材料在0.76～2.5 μm的发射率较La0.8 Ca0.2Al0.8Cr0.2O3得到进一步提高,当CaZrO3理论生成量和La1-xCaxAl0.8Cr0.2O3的摩尔比为0.04时发射率最佳.

THE REFORM OF AERODYNAMICS CURRICULUM IN VIEW OF INNOVATION AND ENGINEERING PRACTICE

目前国内针对高等院校的创新创业教育改革正在稳固推进,与此相关的空气动力学课程体系教学改革也在积极落实。但由于我校在改革初期机械地照搬名校的成功经验,只注重课程体系本身的教学改革,对课程体系之外的外部因素关注度并不高,导致改革的成效不明显。本文从学生和教师两个层面对影响我校空气动力学课程体系教学改革的外部因素进行归纳和研究,并有针对性地提出因地制宜的解决办法。
